However, if you have received the wrong item, or you where delivered a damaged or defective product, You have 10 business days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, (due to the nature of the services provided) your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be packaged in a waterproof fashion (zip lock bag recommended). Sporty Girl reserves the right to refuse any suspicious or ill intended returns. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (to filter out promotions and prizes)

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have take possession of it. We will immediately notify you on the eligibility status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your exchange is approved, Sporty Girls will replace the item and provide you with the correct or undamaged item.
